Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in government and public buildings.
Under the provisions of State and City laws of San Francisco, California, Moscone Center is fully non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including loading docks, service corridors, freight alleys, etc. at all times.
Smoking is widely prohibited in California. If you smoke, take care to ensure that you are in an area where it is permissible to do so.
Tobacco products may not be sold to anyone less than 18 years of age, and United States federal law requires stores to ask to see a photo ID for customers under 27 years of age who request tobacco products.
