A credit card and AUA ID number are required. Registrants who do not have an AUA ID number may request one at http://www.aua2010.org/GetID. Notification of AUA ID number will be e-mailed within one business day. If choosing a registration category that requires a letter of qualification, please fax your letter of qualification to 410-689-3912 at the time of registration. Failure to provide the required documentation will void your registration.

The registration fee for AUA2010 includes the following:
- access to all plenary, poster, podium, forum and video sessions
- access to Specialty Society meetings
- entrance to the Science & Technology Hall
- use of the shuttle service between Moscone Center and official AUA Hotels (excludes hotels within walking distance)
- publications—AUA Meeting Program Book, AUA online Program Abstract Book, AUA Daily News, Exhibitor Directory and the new Daily Planner

Note: Individuals who register by March 21, 2010, will receive their credentials before the meeting. Individuals who register after March 21, 2010 will need to pick up their credentials on site at the registration booth located in the Moscone Convention Center during advance registration.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation requests must be received by February 19, 2010 for reimbursement, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after February 19, 2010, but before April 21, 2010 will be refunded 50 percent of the registration amount. After this date, no refunds will be given. Registrants may substitute another course or apply money toward another course at any time, provided the newly selected course is not full. Name substitutions are not permitted.
Letter of Invitation
To request a letter of invitation to the AUA Annual Meeting, please visit www.AUA2010.org/Attendees/letter-of-invitation.cfm. Letters of invitation do not include payment of registration fees, travel, lodging or any other expenses, promises or endorsements by the AUA.
